We’re Renee & Taylor—a mother-daughter duo who don’t just coach this lifestyle—we live it every day.

Renee has been in the fitness industry since 1984 as a certified personal trainer, and she’s passed decades of real-world wisdom down to her daughter, Taylor. For the last 7 years, Taylor has  worked both for Renee and for a top online fitness company. We've got a heart for YOU! The ones who feel like you need a simple place to start.  Together, we’ve created a fresh, doable approach that finally makes healthy living feel simple—not stressful. "I did the 21 day glow up challenge, and it was one of the best things I have done for myself. Renee and Taylor are amazing, helpful and provide great info. This challenge was about mindset for me. it changed the way I look at food, and working out.
